Muibat Jimoh is a seasoned insurance executive with over 15 years of experience in life insurance, strategic risk management, and organizational leadership. She has consistently demonstrated a strong track record of driving innovation and operational excellence within Nigeria’s insurance sector. Muibat holds a BSc in Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos and an MSc in Insurance and Risk Management (Distinction) from Birmingham City University, UK. She is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.

Muibat's career is marked by her transformative role at Cornerstone Insurance Plc, where she spent nearly a decade leading Life Technical Operations. During her tenure, she spearheaded initiatives that enhanced underwriting and claims processes, optimized policy administration, and integrated technology solutions that significantly improved efficiency. Her strategic vision and dedication to streamlined operations earned her several industry accolades.

In her current role as Proposed Executive Director, Technical & Operations at Hilal Takaful Nigeria Ltd, Muibat oversees critical operational functions, including reinsurance, underwriting, and claims management. Her focus on innovation and regulatory compliance continues to drive the company's growth and enhance customer experience. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Muibat serves as the Chairperson of the Nigerian Mortality Table Development Committee and Vice Chairperson of the Life Offices Committee at the Nigerian Insurers Association, showcasing her commitment to advancing industry standards.
