He is currently our HR Business Partner, a seasoned HR practitioner with over a decade experience in the field of Human Resource Management. He is well grounded in strategic and operation HR activities.

A graduate of Business Administration & Management from Lagos State Polytechnic Ikorodu and a member of Chartered Human Resource Management Professional (CHRMP).

Philip commenced his HR career with Flour Mills of Nig Plc where he worked in the centralized HR operations at the Head office (Apapa) before leading the HR function of one FMN’s subsidiaries, in this role he exhibits strong leadership qualities and effective management of a team by ensuring smooth HR operations, liaising with regulatory bodies/government agencies, and maintain good relationship with community leaders and other external stakeholders.
